We stand at a crossroads where the Federal Government is out of control. It is almost beyond our ability to do anything to try and right the ship. News medias owned and operated by big business are only telling us what they want us to know. The only hope we have to save ourselves from our own government is to get involved at the local level. We can and should hold our local governments accountable. We know these people and they should know us. But only if we are paying attention !!!
As it stands right now, we are being over regulated, over taxed and our property rights are all but gone. There is no more private property. You are only renting it from the county.
You can thank County Council and your local townships and boros for that.

They will inform you about all the Freedoms you have with your own property. They will dictate your every move, and the expense for permits and inspections will choke a horse. Our County officials are riding around in GAS GUZZLING SUV's that you, the taxpayer, are paying for. They keep spending money like there is no tomorrow and we just keep going to our 2 jobs and letting them have their way. Millions and Millions of dollars are going thru our County Government and the majority of us have no idea where it goes or why. Go to a County Council Meeting and count the number of people attending with one hand.
We are to busy working to watch these folks. The Newspaper and local TV are not on the taxpayers side.
